Payment Terms

• A 30% retainer + a signed contract is needed to secure your booking and guarantee your wedding services/date; no dates can be held without this. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. The date (wedding or otherwise) is not booked until the time the deposit and contract/agreement are received.

• We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, though our rates typically see an increase once a year. Your rates are only guaranteed upon payment of retainer.

• Minimum service booking of $400 is required for long weekends/holidays during the year & all weekends during peak wedding season.

• Additional fees may apply for holiday bookings, subject to the artist's discretion.

• Morning start time of 8am included (prior to 8am, Early Morning fee of $50/hour per artist applies)

• Travel fees will be added to all bookings, for each artist, from M4S1E6, and any necessary parking will be covered by the client/bride.

• Additional artists may be brought in depending on the number of services booked. This is determined by our team. If additional artists are requested by the client and not deemed necessary by our team, additional fees will apply.

• No shows will be charged the full service that was originally booked, and anyone ​showing​ ​up​ ​late​ ​for​ ​their​ ​scheduled​ ​service​ ​will​ ​receive​ ​a​ ​shortened service​ ​to​ ​keep​ the artists on​ ​schedule at the full contracted price.

• We require party members to arrive with clean dry hair. A $40 blow dry fee will be added to any client showing up to a service with wet hair.
